Sabrage!!

Thanks to The Second Glass for their awesome article about Sabrage (check 'em out at www.thesecondglass.com)

How to do it yourself:
1. Grab a bottle of bubbly.
2. Remove all the foil around the cork.
3. Unscrew and remove the wire capsule around the cork.
4. Find one of the two seams running the length of the bottle. Align the blade of a moderately heavy knife with the seam pointing the blunt end of the knife forward.
5. Thrust the knife towards the point where the lip of the bottle and the seam meet (the weakest point of the bottle), follow through, and await the accolades.

Careful! Double check that there isn't any glass in your champagne before you drink it.
